Tree Replacements

The Board has selected nine trees throughout the neighborhood for replacement as part of our ongoing tree improvement project. This initiative began last year, when 14 dead trees were removed to improve the health and safety of our community landscape.

We have partnered with Milburn Tree Farm to carefully select new trees that are well-suited to our local environment. These selections take into account soil conditions, drainage, and climate to ensure long-term success, whether planted in dry or wetter areas.

An additional phase of tree replacements is planned for next year as we continue investing in the beauty and sustainability of our neighborhood.
