Park Benches

The Board has approved funding for the installation of four new benches in the community. Two benches will be placed near the front entrance pond, with the remaining two located at the pond near Milburn Middle School.

Installation is planned for late spring. We’re excited to add these spaces for residents to relax, gather, and for kids to enjoy fishing along the water.
